1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Mavlinks LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing access to and use of the Mavlinks platform.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mavlinks is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing:

• URL shortening

• Link management

• Traffic tracking and analytics

• Smart redirection technology

• Link performance optimization tools

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, restrict, or discontinue any feature at any time without liability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Registration & Security

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

• Immediately notify us of unauthorized access

You are fully responsible for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

5. Strict Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT use Mavlinks to:

• Engage in illegal activity

• Distribute malware or malicious code

• Conduct phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices

• Send spam or automated abusive traffic

• Redirect to unlawful, harmful, or prohibited content

• Attempt to bypass system safeguards

• Interfere with platform stability

Violation may result in:

• Immediate link deactivation

• Account suspension

• Permanent termination

• Reporting to authorities

Without prior notice.

6. Automated Abuse Detection

Mavlinks uses automated and manual systems to detect:

• Suspicious traffic patterns

• Bot activity

• Redirect abuse

• System manipulation

We reserve the right to take enforcement action based on internal risk assessments.

All enforcement decisions are final.

7. User Responsibility for Links & Content

Users are solely responsible for:

• Destination URLs

• Third-party content

• Compliance with local and international laws

• Regulatory compliance in their jurisdiction

Mavlinks LLC does not pre-screen or actively monitor all links and assumes no responsibility for user-generated content.

8. Analytics & Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Traffic data and analytics are provided on a best-effort basis.

We do NOT guarantee:

• 100% accuracy

• Real-time reporting precision

• Complete bot filtering

• Error-free analytics

Analytics are provided “AS IS” without warranty.

9. Payments, Billing & Chargebacks

For paid plans:

• Fees are billed in advance

• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law

• Failure to pay may result in suspension

If a user initiates:

• Fraudulent chargebacks

• Payment disputes in bad faith

We reserve the right to:

• Immediately terminate the account

• Recover associated costs

• Pursue legal remedies

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform technology, source code, design, structure, branding, trademarks, and proprietary systems are exclusively owned by Mavlinks LLC.

You may NOT:

• Copy or replicate the platform

• Reverse engineer

• Resell or sublicense

• Create derivative works

• Extract system data

Without written authorization.

11. Service Availability & No Warranty

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We do not warrant:

• Uninterrupted service

• Error-free operation

• Continuous uptime

• Compatibility with all systems

Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external factors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavlinks LLC shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue

• Loss of business

• Loss of traffic

• Loss of data

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Reliance on analytics

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mavlinks LLC from and against:

• Claims

• Damages

• Legal actions

• Fines

• Costs and attorney fees

Arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may:

• Suspend access

• Remove links

• Terminate accounts

At our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Users may discontinue use at any time.

No refunds will be issued upon termination for policy violations.

15. Data & System Integrity

You may not:

• Attempt to overload infrastructure

• Interfere with servers

• Scrape system data

• Conduct security testing without permission

Unauthorized attempts may result in legal action.

16. Force Majeure

Mavlinks LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Internet outages

• Cyberattacks

• Government actions

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wyoming.

18. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
